NCJW embraces women of diverse backgrounds ......

The National Council of Jewish Women is a grassroots organization of volunteers and advocates who turn progressive ideals into action. Inspired by Jewish values, NCJW strives for social justice by improving the quality of life for women, children, and families and by safeguarding individual rights and freedoms.

Thinkers and doers who want to play a part at the local, national and even global level. Informed by Jewish values,and our understanding that these values have universal appeal, the National Council of Jewish Women is the place where women from across society come together to make the world at large, and their communities a better place.

We welcome new members who share our vision and seek to work with us to improve the quality of life for us and the generations that follow us.

We welcome the financial support of individuals, corporations and foundations. With additional resources we can increase the capacity of the organization to provide services to  women, children and families, and to work collaboratively with other organizations to enhance services and programs locally, in the state, nationally, and in Israel.
